We won’t be responsible for any wrong information such as address/contact info/ pin-code or any detail like that provided by you, that will result in lost of the parcel.

We take 2-5 days to dispatch your order, as everything is curated for you, so please have patience with us, we can assure you it will be worth the wait.

After the package is dispatched, you’ll receive the tracking via SMS & E-mail, please keep tracking your packages regularly.

In case any unusual activity is seen on your tracking portal, or it’s getting delayed beyond the expected delivery, please reach us asap

Deliveries/Dispatch may get delayed due to some unavoidable reasons such as lockdown, weather, strikes, remote location, stocking issues or any other unavoidable reason – it may take longer time.

If you return the order or don’t accept while it’s at your doorstep due to any reason, it will only be reshipped if you pay the return courier charges and also the shipping charges for resending it. And also no refund for the same will be provided and order won’t be cancelled either.
