Refund Policy
Since the majority of the things we deal with, are handcrafted, built to order or customised as per your request; we have a ‘No Returns Policy’.
We only accept returns in the event of shipping damage, for which a complete unpacking video is necessary.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Contact us at akratienterprisesujn@gmail.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. Items returned to us without being approved will not be returned back, nor the refund will be processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain goods, such as customised or handmade goods, cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer returns on items that have already been purchased. All purchases are final.
Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
