making custom handmade items to order.  Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.

Lead Time

because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 2-5 days depending on size and design complexity.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged or defective so we can look into it and make it right. From beginning to end, an unpacking video is required.
